Family matters. At home, the phrase goes: “Happy wife, happy life.” Thanks to comedian Jeff Allen. As the leader, who makes up your “day family” and provides you the security to thrive at work? Think about it. At home, we value those we cherish. At work, we need to cherish those we thrive with.
Two questions for every leader:
- Who are the most important people in your life?
- If you had to leave your organization tomorrow and only take one person with you, who would it be?
